In these challenging times, parents are keen to learn new methods of instilling discipline among their children.  As we aspire to be a school that brings out the best academic and moral character in every child, we are concerned about how to get it done right - free of abuse and intimidation. At Raphela, we don’t take the issue of “discipline” for granted.

Therefore, in addition to the continuous teacher talks, we commit time to bring in a specialist to conduct weekly Social Graces sessions. In these sessions, the children are taught to appreciate others, be honest - being truthful and sincere, Integrity- sticking to your moral and ethical principles and values. Kindness - being considerate and treating others well, among others. We believe that this goes a long way in helping us impart solid values among our young learners. In addition, each class has the magic behaviour chart. We call it magic because it goes a long way in motivating our children to excel at everything they do. We love the magic and power that comes with the effect of the behaviour chart.
